I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again…I hate the cold. I think it’s gotten even worse since I moved to Charleston…I think my blood has “thinned” out! Enter in thick, cozy sweaters.
I’ve always loved turtlenecks (I mean, I have said I get cold easily, right?!) but this year I’ve been particularly interested in the “roll neck” or “mock turtleneck” style. I posted a few Instagram videos the other day and had so many comments about my roll neck sweater, I figured I would compile a blog post on them!
The roll neck sweater evokes such a classic, timeless style. The photo above is Audrey Hepburn from Breakfast at Tiffany’s in 1961. That’s 57 years ago, and her sweater could easily be as in style as it was then!
While the exact sweater I was wearing on Instagram is sold out, I’ve posted below some similar ones I’ve found that I love just as much! The closest style to the one I was wearing can be found here.
